Pipe Freezing PVC Pipe And Copper Pipe, Which One Is More Vulnerable To Freezing Weather?

PVC pipe and Copper pipe, which one is more vulnerable to freezing weather? - pipe freezing

The pipes in my place, or PVC, and copper, now the outside temperature is 22F, and of course one of my PVC pipe is frozen. I am concerned can be broken on the tube ... I think I once heard someone say that PVC pipe is actually stronger than copper and opportunities of the PVC pipe to burst is relatively low. I wonder if it's true that PVC pipes are less susceptible?
